When can a family rate be purchased? |
| Family premiums apply to one or a maximum of two adults and at
least one minor child traveling together. Adult children are
covered as long as they are still in an educational program or
professional training. The traveling persons need not be related to
each other, i.e., two mothers with their children who are all
traveling together can purchase the family package. |

Who/What is a risk person? |
| Risk persons are persons (e.g., relatives, life partners) who can
also trigger an insurance claim, in addition to the insured
customer. If a maximum of four persons travel together and are
insured, mutual insurance coverage exists – independent of the
degree of relationship. |

What do I do if I get sick before my trip? |
| Anyone who becomes ill before starting a trip must cancel
immediately – because any increased costs required by the organizer
after the illness begins will be charged to the customer. The
principle of “hope for healing” is not covered, i.e., don’t wait
and hope that you’ll get better. |
